Offline Payment Instructions

You can no longer submit your deposit using ACH.  You can make your deposit in one of the following ways. 

1.  You can wire transfer your deposit using the attached instructions. Your wire transfer information must state your bidder number and bidder name so the deposit is applied to the correct account.  You must also call the Tax Operations department at (352) 264-6968.

2.  You can take cash or certified funds to the Alachua County Tax Collector at 12 SE 1st Street, Gainesville, FL  32601.

3.  You can send certified funds overnight to Alachua County Tax Collector, Attn: Cammie Weir, 12 SE 1st Street, Gainesville, FL  32601.  You should include your bidder number and bidder name so the deposit is applied to the correct account.

Your deposit must be received and marked on your account no later than May 27, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. ET.   You can enter your budget on the Payments and Budgets page under the My Account tab once your deposit has been marked as paid.  You will be able to submit bids once the deposit is marked as paid on your account and you have entered a budget.
